There's definitely more.
For example, the 4th frame starts out:
"You'll want to take the"
and then falls apart for me as I can't see this pattern everyone's talking about.

Tried de-stegging using GifShuffle and password "Daddy Promise" and "DaddyPromise".
Edit: Sorry for not seeing Dio's earlier post.
GifShuffle was a no go.
